OK, OK... SHE'S NOT GETTING MARRIED

Kelly has laughed off rumours she is engaged, insisting she is too young to walk down the aisle.
The 23-year-old sparked rumours she is to wed model boyfriend Luke Worrell after she was photographed this week sporting a ring on her ring finger.
But Kelly claims the band is not an engagement ring - and that she "always" wears jewelery on her wedding finger. "I always wear rings on this finger. Luke's 18 and I'm 23 - we're not getting married."

STUNNING AT THE BATMAN PREMIERE

Kelly Osbourne stole the show at tonight's The Dark Knight premiere in London - Wearing a transparent black dress, the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne looked demure as she walked the red carpet.
The Batman sequel premiere attracted a who's who turnout of star-power in London's West End.

WOT? KELLY ENGAGED?!!

Say it isn't so! Recently, Kelly has been seen with what looks like an engagement ring on her finger... Leading all the gossipers (and they will gossip, won't they?) to speculate that she's now engaged to her current boy toy, 18 year-old Luke Worrell.

I guess we'll have to just wait and see if there is any real truth to this, or if Kelly is just playing it up for the media. (I hope so)

ROLE IN KELLY OSBOURNE FILM UP FOR AUCTION

Auction winner will have cameo alongside stars Kelly Osbourne, Sadie Frost and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.

Sweemo, the online experience trading website, is offering a cameo in a star-studded film to be seen by 9 million people worldwide. The lucky bidder will have a speaking cameo in the latest Ben Charles Edwards film 'The Town That Boars Me' starring Kelly Osbourne, Sadie Frost and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
The winner of the auction will not only gain real experience of making a film - shooting their scenes under Edwards' direction - they will also get to take part in all the launch events, including the film's premier at Portobello Film Festival on 28th August.
'The Town That Boars me' is the latest film by writer / director Ben Charles Edwards. A modern musical, shot in B-movie style, it features a score by Steve Cradock (Paul Weller's guitarist and co-writer) and a cast that also includes Natt Weller, Zandra Rhodes, Andrew Logan, Dee C Lee and Jodie Harsh. Distributed through MySpace, it's estimated that the film will be seen by an audience of over 9 million people.

THE OSBOURNES: LOUD AND DANGEROUS

Move over, Donny and Marie. Ozzy and Sharon are coming to FOX. The network has teamed up with the "Prince of Darkness," ordering six episodes of THE OSBOURNES: LOUD AND DANGEROUS (working title), a new hour-long variety show hosted by Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon and their kids Jack and Kelly.

The series will mix musical performances, comedy sketches and game-show competitions with the Osbournes' unique blend of humor and outrageous sensibility. The eccentric clan pioneered the modern-day family-centric reality series with their hit show, "The Osbournes."

RIP MINNIE

Sharon's beloved dog Minnie, who regularly appeared on "The Osbournes", has died over the weekend. Sharon is reported as "Devastated" over the loss. Kelly consoled her mum on the phone for three hours, causing her to arrive late to a Glastonbury party that she was hosting.
The news must have been a shock to Kelly, because the reports say: "Kelly looked glam in a kaftan-style green dress, but didn't feel like doing interviews. She stayed for as little time as she could then disappeared with her boyfriend."

KELLY'S EVER-CHANGING STYLE

Last night, Kelly was seen in this outfit, which is a far cry from the days of ripped shirts, capri's and high-heels that she used to be so well-known for.

Kelly, who is known for her unconventional style, stepped out in this pink ensemble last night after her Sunday "Surgery" radio show.
Last month she was voted Best Dressed Celebrity in High Street Fashion at the Lorraine Kelly High Street Fashion Awards, for creating fashionable looks with affordable clothes from the high street.
It has been a rather quiet time for the rock star's daughter, who after several highly-public boozy nights out, appears to have slowed down her party lifestyle somewhat.
