03/31/03: 'ONE OF BERT'S MISTAKES'
Kelly has spoken publicly for the first time about her split with The Used frontman Bert McCracken.
"I think he wanted it to be the 'rock romance,' but that's not what I wanted it to be, if you know what I mean." She told the Boston Globe. "I didn't ever see it like that, and I think that was a big part of why it didn't work out because that's not what I ever wanted it to be. Ever. And plus the fact that he's 21 years old, comes from a town in the middle of nowhere, and all of his dreams are coming true. So he's going to want to do whatever the hell he wants, and make his mistakes. I guess I was one of them."
03/31/03: NEW SINGLE
Kelly's next single ’Come Dig Me Out’ will be released on May 5. Meanwhile, Kelly is set to play her postponed gig at Camden's Electric Ballroom (in London) in June.
03/27/03: KELLY BLASTS MTV
KELLY OSBOURNE has launched a scathing attack on MTV after the music channel reportedly refused to play the video for her new song, 'COME DIG ME OUT'.
The star of MTV's most popular ever show, 'The Osbournes', complained that MTV America only play a limited number of music videos a week and only care about commercially successful acts.
She says: "MTV makes me sick to my stomach, when you’re hot, you’re hot. When you’re not, you’re not. MTV only play 35 videos a week, they used to be all about breaking new artists. Now, if you're not in a rap group, if you're not talking about 'I fucked the cutest girl in school' or if you're not singing about skateboarding, you can't get played."
The potty-mouthed 18-year-old received a record contract with Epic after the successful first series of 'The Osbournes', but her album 'Shut Up' has sold only 134,000 copies in the US since its release in November last year.
In the same interview Osbourne said she knows she will never be accepted as a credible musical artist.
She said: "I honestly don't care if I sell any albums. People don't see me as an artist, they see me as a television star. And I don't care. I don't care if people take me seriously as an artist."
After the success of the first series of 'The Osbournes' in the US, which averaged six million viewers over 13 episodes, viewing figures for the second series fell from 6.6 million viewers in November 2002 to 3.3 million in January 2003. MTV still plan to air a third series of the show in the autumn.(In the UK)

OK, I also see that Kelly cancelled her David Letterman appearance tonight, too.
Sorry guys.....Maybe she will appear somewhere, sometime....Guess we'll have to wait and see....I sure hope she makes the show at New York's Irving Plaza, or there will be a lot of disappointed people...

I've just heard that tomorrow's show at the Theater of the Living Arts, in Philadelphia, has been postponed till the 30th....No reason why yet....
Also, the Electric Ballroom show in London has been rescheduled for June 25th....Sorry, no more details...
03/26/03: THE REASON-
No one would suggest second-generation media star Kelly Osbourne has missed the boat on fame, but the budding starlet did skip a flight Tuesday night after one turbulent transcontinental attempt, the New York Observer reports.
Ozzy's daughter was slated to fly from Los Angeles to New York to appear at a New Jersey concert -- but after the plane she was on lost pressure and had mechanical problems, she decided to forgo the next flight out and take her time getting cross-country.
"They’re not putting her back on the plane right away because, you know -- you don’t want to be back on another plane right away after something like that happens," her spokeswoman tells the paper.
Unfortunately, that made the fashion-forward Miss O a no-show at her East Coast gig -- but maybe that wasn't a problem, the Observer notes -- Osbourne's tour-promotion company was apparently struggling to fill seats, and earlier Tuesday had sent out an e-mail offer of free seats.
It seems the younger Osbourne can't quite pack the stadiums the way her bat-biting dad did. Last week, her Chicago show also featured a last-minute ticket offer, the paper notes -- and even then it failed to fill more than half the house.

03/25/03: MORE GOSSIP-
It seems Kelly has rekindled her war of words with Christina Aguilera, claiming the pop princess is nothing but a "pussy" that she could throw across the room.
Osbourne, who once branded the singer a "cunt" and a "disgusting human being", told this week's Heat magazine Christina was "all talk".
"She's a pussy," said Kelly. "She has a mouth on her, but she's all talk. She only does it because she always has a security guard around to punch anyone she gets in a fight with."
She explained: "[Christina] was like 'Yo girl, artists for artists, yo, why you been talkin' shit?' I didn't understand a word she was saying. But I stopped saying things about her.
"Then she made out like she had started a fight with me, to make herself look cool. She's like a fucking feather. I could pick her up and chuck her across the room."
Osbourne, who said the pair had fallen out after she spat on Aguilera's car, added: "I think it's more the fact that we both like to be bitches, than me really not liking her.
"She does have a beautiful voice. She just has a bad attitude to everything."

Ok, by now you've probably all heard that Kelly is supposedly dating Chad Gilbert, guitarist from New Found Glory...
But even though this seems to be being reported EVERYWHERE, there is no conclusive evidence....
It reminds me of all the false rumors about her Gideon Yago that were going around about a year ago...
I'll belive it when I see it.....Besides, does it really matter?
Right now, Kelly is in the middle of a great little tour accross America....So turn off CNN, put in the 'Shut Up' CD and read the show reviews in the "Reviews" section of this site!

"I thought the crowd would be bigger..She kicked a guy out for shouting 'you suck' and she stopped the show to tell some kids to stop fighting...She sang a song she wrote a month ago about a broken heart, and a cover of that " I wear my sunglasses at night" song and almost all the songs from her cd...
I dont even know who opened for her but it was some fat guy that took off all his clothes...Then if you bought a $20 CD earlier, you could meet her after the show and get it signed. The last song was Papa dont Preach and she brought up a bunch of people in the crowd to sing it with her ..Security was really tight and you couldn't have cameras, but

In the interview, Sharon revealed:
- Kelly has NO boyfriend, and is NOT planning on marrying anyone soon.
- The 3rd season of the Osbournes is "In the can" and she says it is scheduled to air in June.
-Sharon's daytime talk show is scheduled to begin Sepember 15th.
