02/26/03: KELLY NOT IN THE PINK

Poor little Kelly Osbourne was left weeping when Pink gave her a load of whatfor at the Grammy’s aftershow party earlier this week.

Trouble started when big-haired Kelly showed up at the do with a load of mates, reports today’s Daily Mirror. Really happy to see Pink, Kelly and her friends asked if they could have their photo taken with her.

Pink turned and looked at baby Osbourne and then shouted, "I know you’ve been bitching about me in interviews. I read them all over the UK and now you’re asking for a picture? What’s your problem?".

Apparently shaken, Kelly replied, "I don’t know what you’re talking about. I’d never say anything about you. I’ve been misquoted." Pink’s said to have then grabbed the 18-year-old by the arm gushing, "Let’s smile for the cameras then." But once the pic was taken, snapped, "Now get lost!". Kelly burst into tears and ran out of the venue.

Believed to have been making reference to a mag interview in which Ozzy’s big-eyed daughter said that Pink was "definitely not a real rock chick", it seems as if Pinkey’s becoming another member of the neurotic warbler set. Blimey! -Thanks Kimmy!

02/19/03: "I'M PISSED OFF ABOUT MISSING THE NME AWARDS"

KELLY OSBOURNE has spoken for the first time about her cancelled appearance at last week's NME AWARDS, saying she's "pissed off" that her mother SHARON banned her from attending.
Kelly was on her way to Los Angeles airport when Sharon called and told her she couldn't go to the ceremony because she had seen news reports showing of tanks and soldiers patrolling London's Heathrow Airport.
"I do feel so bad, " Kelly told NME.COM. "I was really looking forward to it. Loads of my friends were going that I haven't seen in ages and I was really excited. But my mum called when I was on my way and she was hysterical, crying and saying, 'you're not going'".
"She didn't want a war to start and me to be on the other side of the world. I understand, I guess, but I was so pissed off.
"I really was so angry and I ended spending the night of the Awards at home by myself, " she added.
The singer said she hopes to reschedule her UK appearance for the coming months, when the threat of war settles. "I'm going to try and come as soon as I can and I'm really sorry I let down my fans."
'The Osbournes' star commented that the mood in America is one of panic, with the possibility of war looming.
"Fifty per cent of what you read is a load of crap", she said. "But everyone's going a bit mad, buying duck tape and three days worth of food. It's kind of getting out of hand."
Kelly is set to embark on a month-long American tour in two weeks time. "I love touring, " she said. "But I miss my home and family."
If all goes to plan, she hopes to tour the UK during the summer and there are suggestions she may be added to the line-up to father, Ozzy's massive Ozzfest.

02/15/03: MAYBE NOT THE END

Ok.....Due to an OVERWHELMINGLY negative response to my decision to close down this site, I've been forced to reconsider. I had no idea that so many people wanted this to continue. On the contrary, I figured that since I always get so much hate mail, the majority would be happy to see it go. Guess I was wrong. I need to clear up an issue......The last entry I made said that Kelly had cancelled all her upcoming shows....Well, at that point, it seemed that was the case. She had cancelled the NME's, her show on the 19th had been 'postponed' to an unknown date, All of her upcoming American shows were either postponed or cancelled....It seemed to spell an end of some type.
Since then, I've learned that she has been included in a show on the 16th of March in Indianapolis, also her show in Minneapolis seems to be happening again.....Go to ticketmaster.com to see the upcoming events.
Also, A person has just emailed me saying the the Pamona show has been rescheduled for April 11th. I hope this is true, because I know a lot of you have bought tickets to this show, and were pretty let down.
Sorry for all the confusion....I hope this clears things up for everyone.
And thank you to all the people who have emailed, left guestbook entries, and posted in the forum about me continuing this site. Because of you, I may just keep it all going. I can't let so many people down.

02/12/03: THE OSBOURNES

Well, here in the USA, The last show of Season 2 aired last night...It featured Ozzy and Sharon's Vow renewal, and was a great episode. Kelly was beautiful as flower girl, and Bert even looked presentable. Poor Ozzy, he cried, and you could see how much Sharon means to him. Anyway, MTV hasnt announced when the 3rd and final season is to begin, but I imagine it will be this fall. 'Till then, there will be a million reruns to keep us going.....

02/10/03: DVD FEATURES OSBOURNES UNCENSORED

Fans of "The Osbournes" will get to hear every bleeping word the family says with the release of a DVD that deletes the bleeps and leaves the curses.
Notorious for their constant on-air swearing, Ozzy, Sharon, Jack and Kelly have kept the censors hopping the past two seasons. Although many of the situations on the Emmy Award- winning reality show are hilarious, viewers miss a lot of what is happening because the Osbournes' coarse language is bleeped out.
"The Osbournes--The First Season," available on DVD March 4, remedies the situation and even offers viewers an "Ozzy translator" for when the aging rocker's slurred speech becomes too cryptic to decipher.
The two-disc DVD includes never-before-seen footage, allowing audiences to see and hear what was edited from the television screen, as well as a "Too Oz For TV" blooper reel and an Osbournes bingo game. For those who prefer not hear the four- letter words, there is a censor option that will play each of the first season's 10 episodes as it appeared on television -- bleeps and all.

02/06/03: LANE BRYANT OR NOT?

Recently, it's been widely reported that Kelly had been offered a 20 million clothing line deal for the plus-size women's clothing manufacturer, Lane Bryant. But in a recent interview, Kelly denied the rumor, adding that she would love to get that much money for doing something like that, but she said she hadn't been contacted by them. Then, last tuesday night, Kelly and her band performed 'Papa Don't Preach' at the Lane Bryant fashon show in New York. Coincidence? What's the real story here? Guess we'll have to wait to find out.
